I'm clearing out my stuff, getting my house ready to sell. I found this book I gave my Dad for his birthday over 25 years ago. I was born on my Dad's birthday, today. He loved words and limericks, so one year I gave him a book of limericks. And I wrote one just for him and inscribed it in the front cover.

My pop's a wonderful man,
This kid's his biggest fan,
I'm so glad,
he's my Dad,
Cause he's the best of clan.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 3 as my base. I placed my photo of the book cover in the upper right corner and masked it into the background. I added several transfers underneath to create a flow of color. I added the slide master transfer and masked out some to blend it into the book cover. I added my limerick as the final touch.
