On a new document, APP Bespoke solid was used for the foundation. Several transfers were added. The transfers were adjusted by the Blending modes and Opacity for dimension and color. Note that not all layers from the transfer photoshop files were used. The photo was duplicated with altered Blending Modes: Colorburn and Screen at 14%. One photo was clipped to the ScriptTease Frame set at Linear Light to allow a subtle frame of text to be visible. The title elements and text completed the design.
