My neighbor, Ray Cohen, took this wonderful photo of a balloon fest in a small town just outside of Austin. Anna's new APP, Beloved, was perfect with it's pretty late summer colors.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 4 as my base. I placed my photo, created a mask by combining two FotoBlendz together. Clipped the photo to the mask. Started adding transfers underneath the photo to add a baseline. Added more transfers to the top to enhance the sky. Gently masked out several areas for a better flow and look. Attached the ribbon to the charm, placed text inside it.
