Page Process-
FotoInspired LT was used as foundation. Clipped papers to masks and then resized. Moved a few layers around and added a framed mask for the photo to be clipped.

Then added transfers and brushes and lots of blending.

Next layered in Words and elements.

The glow placed in the corner was a happy accident.

Finally some stitching and a few loopdaloops tucked below added a bit of texture to the design.
