Cement trucks were a common sight and the expansive Colorado soil was to blame. Remember the ridiculous cracks and heaving of our sidewalks and driveway. The work took three days, We learned Alejandro was having trouble hiring people for the hard, hot summer work.

You have to know how awesome the placement of the stitched house is on the left-hand page! The artstroke connection between pages does its job so well, and the red touches are sublime. Lovely!
