Process
I created the sketch effect then using an Artsy paint brush brushed back in the colour on a duplicated layer on Colour burn, I then duplicated the photo again on a normal blending mode, I then ran it through the filter gallery using a paint daub and dry brush filter.

Using Transfers from the palettes i placed them on top of and around the photograph using various blending modes and brushing out areas I didnt want.

Paper textures, paint splatters and stains along with charcoal brushes were applied using various blending modes.

Note brushes and Word transfers were applied.

Finally I added some embellishments and WordART
