Another photo of my barn swallows. This was taken as they were doing test flights before leaving the nest, they always flew in pairs. Two were off in wild blue yonder while the other two were just chilling together.

Process notes:
I processed my photo using the Enlight app on my iPad to turn it into a watercolor. I then brought it into CS5, duplicated it and reversed masked into some color using watercolor brushes at varying opacities. I created a mask by combining several of the brushes in the kit. Clipped the photo to the mask. Began layering transfers behind the masked photos. I filled in several areas with brushwork in coordinating colors. (While playing, I discovered a new trick. I added a stroke to a brush, it added more definition to the area.) Used even more brushes to outline/contain the nest. Added wordART, but lightened it up by adding a inner glow.
