Boy was I stumped when I looked at this palette. What pictures did I have that went with these colors. So I went to my LR catalog and decided to click on some of my keywords to see what I might find. I lucked out because the first keyword I clicked on was Amusement Park and these photos popped up. I am not that great identifying colors but those lights look a little like ochre.
Process: Started with ArtsyLayerTemplate 296. I added three pictures to the frames from the amusement part. Then I turned off all the other layers in the template. I added Solid Paper 3 to the template above the background. Next I placed Transfer 1 on the top edge above the paper. I moved the frames so they were off center to the left and at the same time enlarged them slightly. I turned back on the layers deciding if I should keep them or not. I placed MultiMedia Flower 3 on the page by one of the transfer layers on the left. I rotated it so I had to adjust the shadows. Then I added the hearts so the strings are under the frames. I picked out a word art that seemed appropriate for the page and added to the template. Last as always I did the journaling. When you are busy a template helps to make the designing of a page so much easier.
