My inspiration this time was the name of the Palette - Mountain High. So I sought out mountain pictures and have always loved the ones taken a Chocorua Lake.
Process - Added pictures to the frames using Create Clipping Layer function. I used the Hue/Saturation Tool to turn the bottom photo to Black and White. I grouped a couple of the layers together to create a mask and clipped my focal photo to that. I then turned off all the other layers. Added ArtsyPaper 5 to page above background. Then used Hue/Saturation with blue selected to change the blue on the page to more closely match the blue sky in my focal photo. I turned the layers on one at a time and used Edit>fill to add color. Some I didn't like and left turned off.
Added Splatter transfer to the left edge of the page. Moved the tape layer over so the curves of the transfer and the tape more or less matched up. Used Mountain High Brush 4 to add some trees between the splatter and the focal photo. But I decided to erase some of the trees.
Placed the wheel element above the framed photos and added a drop shadow. Then I added the flower and pine above it but erased part of both so they looked intertwined with the wheel. Next chose a word art for the title. The last thing I did was place my favorite quote from Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance in the text box. Makes me want to get in my car and go to Lake Chocorua - oh but wait the tourists are there now.
