I opened a 12x12 300 dpi new document. I added Solid and Artsy Paper and an Edge Overlay. These are the background of the page. I placed the notebook. Copies were made of it, the unnecessary parts were deleted using a layer mask. I put down the Blue Pencil. I confirmed the shadow.
I opened my drawing in 2013. The Moira Lace APP has come down. I added the Dried Flower. For the latter two elements I used Effects>Bevel & Emboss. Copy of drawing - Linear Burn blending, Fill: 29%. Some parts were deleted using a layer mask. This gave the drawing a little depth.
I changed the fill color to the color of the pencil. Then I scaled my APPAxiom #12 Brush and placed it over the drawing. This is how the blue cloud on the site became.
I placed the text and then the selected WA. WA was shadowed. I put my favorite day next to WA. I added texture, Effects>Bevel & Emboss. I copied Layer Style to the flower above the drawing. Adjustment layer>Vibrance enhanced the colors of the day.
I felt the need to create a visual triangle. Thus, a yellow stripe of text was placed on the left side of the notebook. I added texture, Layer Style.
Finally, to maintain visual interest, I placed APP Axiom Brush underneath the text on the left, changing its color to that of a pencil.
