Process
A solid paper from APP Axiom was used as the foundation of the page. An Architexture 7 image was stamped onto the page. Artsy paper 4 from APP Patriarch was clipped to the brush. The paper was duplicated 2 more times with the blending mode changed to linear burn. The layers were merged and duplicated to increase the intensity of the brush. The photo was clipped to the large fotoblendz mask in the Axiom FotoBlendz psd. file. Snippets of an artsy paper from APP Axiom were clipped to the stain layer in the psd. File along with a transfer clipped to the texture layer. These were duplicated for a more intense color. The other layers were recolored. Some of the layers in the file were resized and moved around. The page was completed by adding dimensional elements, word art and splatters.
I'm totally enamored with your Front Porch layout, Miki! Totally charming! It's going right in my fave file for a lift! The Architecture Brush looks like it's an original part of the house/photo!
