Process: Clipped image to all layers of Urban Threadz FotoBlendz Frames, linked and placed on Glacial Artsy Paper 4. Filled Mermaid tail (brush) with color and added to bottom of page. Applied color burn blending mode to flags and adjusted hue. Finished with textures, embellishments, stains, splatters, and WordART.
