I used a great template by Darcy Baldwin at Blueflombingo to make this chart. For the papers I used Dani Mogstads fun "Under Construction" set.

I'm planning on printing it out in full color, laminating it, and giving it (along with a dry erase pen) to my good friend down the street who has two small boys. (Did I mention I'm making one for me too? lol...)
