Notes: After opening a page from the FotoInspired template pack, I changed the orientation of the template by rotating it so the long mask was at the top. I clipped the photo to it, duplicated it and processed the duplicate photo with the Cut Out Filter, clipped it to the original photo and blending to Lighten.

I clipped an artsy card to the framed mask and the another to the mask underneath it leaving them on Normal blend mode. I added paper textures to the bottom mask and I usually use the Linear blend mode for those. I deleted a mask from the page.

Next came the balloon brush, using a color from the photo and blending to Color Burn. Using the Lasso Tool I cut apart the word art and arranged it. Finally, I placed the stitched sun with a scribble sun underneath it. Added the buttons for the eyes and drew a smile with a photoshop brush. I believe that finished the page.
