Process:
I opened the 12x12 300 dpi document. I've added #2 Double Maker Uplift Paperie. I put the I pulled the FotoBlendz Overlays to make the sky more blue. Blending: Color Burn. I pulled the FotoBlendz Overlay on which I cut the photo. I opened the blendengelt the Solid Paper for APP Winter Wonderland. I like to shape the texture with this paper. I opened #5 Hot Air Balloons and then cut ArtsyKard or ArtsyTransfer paper on every balloon. The interfering parts were erased using a layer mask. Then I put the #5 Hot Air Balloons as well as the spotted layers into a group. I set Effect> Bevel & Emboss on the group layer. So the balloons got a plastic effect. Then I added Vintage Hot Air Balloons, WA, and Wood Smiley Face. The page is ready.
