Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Uplift. I placed the photo and clipped it to a goldpaint and a white paint from ArtsyTransfers Uplift. I also added layers from ArtsyKardz Uplift MultiPack and more layers from ArtsyTransfers Uplift. Brushes from Hot Air Balloons No 1 and Vintage Hot Air Balloons No 1 were placed and recolored into a dark blue tone. I did the same with the title and wordart from Uplift WordART Mix No 1.
