Products on Sale in the Store 17th July....

Annas sales products this week includes APP Grow Fresh.

I wanted to create something a little different with it and having just returned from London was amazed at the skyline which grows every time I visit.

I decided to use the plant theme and call it The Cement Jungle.

As usual I start with a 12 x 12 page and then decide on a background this was created with APP Grow Fresh ArtsyPaper 4. I then added two transfers to it from the palette and then used Brush6 as a clipping mask.

I placed my image on its own layer above the brush stain and clipped it to the black brush stain via Layer Create Clipping Mask ALT + CTRL + G.

I did brush away a slight big of the brush stain to make my image show more and added a brightness and contrast layer just to that image layer. This was done by clipping the contrast layer to that image. I then moved the sliders on the contrast and brightness till I was happy with the look.

To embellish the piece, I added two separate layers of Transfer 8 beneath the images to give it the jungle look.

I then added an ArtStroke from the palette to complete the piece.
