Clowns and hat from Pixabay

My base was solid paperNo.1. I added artsy paper No.1 and blended it together with the solid paper. I blended in the clown and used Topaz Impression a few times on the clown so it looked right to me. I did the same with the hat.

I used parts of all the balloons to create a cluster for the page. The hand of the clown on the bottom right was also tweaked with Topaz Impression a few times.

This ArtPlay Palette is filled with such brilliant colors that I just had to create something and what better than a clown!
