Process
My photograph was processed using the filter gallery then added to a solid paper and duplicated and a linear burn applied.

Transfers and brushes were applied and then I added a textured watercolour paper texture above the photo layers on an overlay blending mode.

Embellishments from Multimedia Balloons were added then some WordART
