Process: Applied color pencil filter/Artomoton app to photo, clipped it to FotoBlendz mask, and placed on Oasis Artsy Paper 1. Filled Cloud Oasis No. 1 brush and texture brush with blue color (Edit > Fill Layer. In Fill Dialogue box choose Color, Normal Mode, 100% Opacity, and check Preserve Transparency.) Filled Palm Trees with color; duplicated; applied color burn blending mode to top layer; merged layers and clipped Wilderness transfers to merged layers. Clipped Scientist paper to Parrot brush. Added transfers and Tissue Texture. Created sticker layer for WordART. Finished with elements.
