Process:
It was very difficult for me to decide which ArtsyPaper should be the background. They are all so beautiful. Finally, my choice was at ArtsyPaper_2. I took a photo of the car a few months ago on the Danube embankment. I didn't drive the car. :) Duplicate the photo. I was masking the bottom with BrushTool, and then I cut the top photo. Blending for both: HardLight. Fill: lower - 75%, upper - 60%. (That's why I edited the photo because I wanted to keep the most from ArtsyPaper.) Then I placed Transfers, SplatterOverlay, BlueCreamRibbon, ButtonCoppers, PostageStampBoat. (I masked, set Blending mode, scaled.)
Finally, WA, Budapest and MMSuns were very nice to me.
