Process
My photo was created using the Adobe Watercolour Action to give a bright bold effect.

I added it to a solid paper duplicated it the on the first photo layer brushed out some areas.

On the top photo layer I did the same only brushing in the sketched areas.

From there I added transfers from the palette and elements from ALT 229.

Finally I added WordART and some embellishments.
