Process
A solid paper from APP Noble was used as the foundation of the page. Several WaterColor FotoBlendz 5 masks were merged together and the photo was clipped to the new mask. The photo was duplicated with the blending mode changed to screen (reduced opacity). The PhotoInspired Plastic Pockets were layered over the image. Transfers from APP Noble and APP Sea Life were layered onto the page. Artsy Transfers Sea Life_2 was layered behind the image. Word art and dimensional embellishments (the blending mode of the compass and the anchor was changed to color burn, the life savor was changed to hard light) completed the page.
