Photoshop Elements 14
This layout was pure fun, dragging and dropping things around the canvas until I got effects that I liked, without forethought or planning. It all started with a collaged image of a girl with hula hoopsI used the image along with extractions of the image, blending everything into the background and decking out the girl with fun effects from the new brushes, MultiMedia Elements, and Artplay Palette as I went along. When I was as done as I thought I'd be, I flattened my file (there's no compositing in Elements 14), and added Artsy Transfers #4 and #5 on top for light, color, depth, and texture, changing blend modes here and there and masking away stray bits and pieces with layer masks. I flattened the file again and then clipped the file to a Page Fotoblendz just to soften the edges and added the Artist Overlays to contain it all and finish up.
