Notes: Opening a new document and bringing in the MM, I clipped the photos to their respective masks. I added paper and transfers to the other two masks in the MM, blending the transfers into the paper and using Blend Ifs. To the background I decided on artsy paper 4. Over all the clipping sets a gradient layer was blended. Also, a glow was placed over the bottom photo and I used an AnnaBlendz Halftone brush over the photo in white. Splatters with a Bevel and Emboss was added to the middle clipping sets and the flower was clipped to the frame.
Underneath and over the frame is the paper and tapes added. A transfer running from the bottom right, running towards the frame was placed and the word art over it. A linear fotoblendz underneath the bottom photo and a duplicate photo was clipped to it extending it along with the sparkle dots.
Stains were used on the paper clip and ribbon at the top and the quote was typed out and positioned. I believe that is it.
