Process
I created a watercolour effect on my photo by using the Adobe Watercolour Action then added it to a solid paper.

Using an inverted mask I brushed back in the areas I wanted.

Transfers and overlays were used to add to the watercolour effect in the sky area.

Finally I added WordART and embellishments.
