Saw the MultiMedia Moons and came up with the idea to put my car, Two, in one.
Process
Template-Artsy layered template 225 is where I started because I thought the big white ear in the middle could be made to look a bit like a cloud in back of my moon.
MultiMedia- I chose MultiMedia 1. The moon can be used a a photo frame but I liked better to have it look like Two was laying in the curve of the moon. So I turned off the frame layer and added Solid Paper 3 to the mask layer using the Clipping Mask function. I used Hue/Saturation adjustments and Level adjustments to change to a yellow like the moon when it is shining. Then I used a FotoGlow over the mood to really give it the moon glow look.
Paper- Added Solid Paper 2
Photos I had to pick photos for the frames where Two was sitting up or standing on her hind legs so that she fit nicely in the frames. Then I used a picture of her laying down behind the moon and added a vector mask. I masked away the background of the picture and then added a drop shadow. I left the fotoglow partially over her so it looked like the moon was shining on her.
Template Layers I colored a lot of the stains, etc white to look like clouds. But some of the top layers I color a lighter blue to give texture to the clouds and some of the stains on the right I color a darker blue. Some of the splatter I color the same as the moon. Lastly I decide I don't like the straight lines of the paint layer behind the moon. So I make a couple of copies of a texture layer and manuver them over the paint layer to soften the edges.
Elements I use the star clip on the pictures on the right erasing part of the clip to make it look part the clip is under the pictures. I added a drop shadow to the clip.
Brush - I used a brush to add a yellow artstroke to the left white area. With an Urban Threadz brush I add a thread to one of the photos.
Word art- I added a saying in a cloud looking area and made it yellow to stand out. I also add a wood looking word Love below the yellow artstoke.
Journaling added part of a poem about cat and the moon.
