Process: Position transfer on paper to create a background area for the photo. Apply Waterlogue app filter to photo. Drag Postage Fames onto paper. Place photo over Postage Frames so it covers both mask areas. Duplicate photo and clip original to one mask and copy to the other, without moving placement of either. Surround framed photo with Spring Showers frame and UrbanStitchez Frame. Add Bokeh; play with duplicating and blending modes to achieve desired intensity. Place and recolor brushes around page to balance photo area. Finish with WordART, text, and button.
