Capitol Building Austin Texas

Took this photo of the Capitol during one of my visits to Austin, TX., where my oldest son livesprocessed it in Prisma app. The Bluebonnet photo was a snap from a few weeks agoalso in Austin.

Text: Many Texans claim Everything is Bigger in Texas. The Texas State Capitol (1888, Elijah Myers), at 302.64 feet, is taller than the 288-foot U.S. Capitol and larger in area than any state capitol.

Oh I LOVE that tiny bluebell stamp reminding me that the wildflowers are not far from the pavement of the capitol. And I adore the textures.

Love your title work with the lone star! Beautiful blending of the capitol and the artsy paper.

I have a friend who lives in Texas and talks each year about the blue bonnets. A lovely representation of the state.

Hahahahaha! Christy will love that you worked in that bluebonnet! Awesome blending job here, great page. And you got the "big" right--one of my college classes yesterday focused on the sauropod dinos of Texas, where lots of cutting edge research is going on...who knew that this was such a well populated habitat? Big animals for a big state!

I love the great photo, the texture is so beautiful, a real perfect page, stunning Marnie!

I would love to see Texas in real, I think it will be only in my dreams.

Love how you have blended this. I would love to see bluebonnets in person Ive seen so many photographs of them!

Gorgeous page! love everything ... the greens .. the stamp - the blended building ...
