Process

I blended 2 papers together (plumera and barren sunrise) and adjusted hue and saturation and levels to achieve a light grungy background.
I dragged my sketchy photograph onto the page and resized it then using an inverted mask I brushed out the hard edges .
I used Thin Strip Masks at the edge of both sides of the sketch and clipped papers from Metro Graffiti to them.
Edges No 1 were also placed on both sides of the sketch recoloured and a Linear Burn blending mode added.
Different Strokes No 12 were placed on top of the page and at the bottom and coloured to complement the photograph.
Finally I added WordART and some embellishments.
