Wow, this is fabulous! Love the "watercolor" of Mr. Eisenhower and the photo of law emblems. Very creative!

My daughter entered an art contest when she was in grade school for our local "Law Day Art Contest". They hung all the entries in a public building downtown and she won a 50 dollar savings bond.
