Process:

Palette Artsy Paper1 was placed on a new canvas.
My photo and FB1-6 were placed and clipped together.
Palette transfers 3, 9, 10, 15, and ALT 138 texture layer were placed beneath the FB and photo.
My photo was duplicated two more times and clipped to FB1-1, with a hue/sat adjustment to the top photo layer.
Paper textures 5-8 was placed just beneath the second fotoblendz.
MMBranches8_1 fotoglow was placed over the top left area of the canal boat and set on soft light blend mode.
An UrbanStitchezKorner was placed on the top of the canopy of the boat.
Palette brushes were stamped around to add depth and texture to the water, and define edges.
WordART, wordlabels, artstroke, and MM Branches9-1were placed to finish the page.
