Process: I started with an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Rougir. I placed a fotoblendz from FotoBlendz Overlays No 11 and clipped my photo to it. I edited the photo with some filters to have it looks like a painting. I added brushes, overlays, embellishments, transfers and the wordstrip from ArtPlay Palette Rougir and ArtPlay Palette Blossom. I finished the layout with the text.
