Process:
Clipped photo to mask on APP Melic background paper. Placed MultiMedia Melic balloons over balloon photo. Used transfers to fill in and camouflage some balloons with character faces that may have been distracting. Clipped a duplicate of photo to duplicate mask showing just top part of building on left, merged layers, applied color burn blending mode, and added to photo layers. Added loops behind balloons. Positioned paper texture under photo and placed word art title. Added bricks next to paper texture erasing part overlapping paper shape, color burned, and duplicated. Added word art text to paper texture, applied color blend mode, duplicated, merged, clipped paper to it. Clipped APP Melic paper to edge and finished with elements.
