When I saw this kit I immediately thought of the sea. So I went looking for a few of my many lighthouse photos. I decided to use Artsy Layered Template 287 mostly because I had yet to work with a template that had colored layers. To me half my work would be done as I loved the colors and the rough sea look of the transfers and stains. Then I added three of my lighthouse pictures to the frames. But I wanted more. So I brought in the frame from APP Melic. I lightened the mask and used the brush I created when taking Anna's Advance Brushes Class then changed the blend mode on the mask to Linear Burn so the background showed through. I flipped my brush and tucked everything slightly under the other frames. Next I played with the layers of the template turning things off and on. Some things I turned off I later turned back on as I liked how they mixed with the elements and Multimedia items I placed on the page. The heart is part of a Multimedia but I turned off the tulip as I mostly only wanted the heart to fit in the white space of one of the layers. I added the other multimedia tulip on the right of the frames. I moved some of the layers around to get a red triangle going. Added the lace under the frames and just peaking out Lastly I used the paper texture brushes to add texture in a few spots and also added the word art for my title.
