Winter came very late around here, like in February, and it came with a roar. Too much snow, too late in the season. Nobody cared anymore and its suppose to last another week before temperatures get warmer. Now we all have spring fever while bundled up to the hilt. Took a photo of some of the icicles hanging from my house before I knocked them down. I used a reverse mask and brought them back out with a hard round brush. It was tedious work which made me wonder why I even started. But you know, when you have an idea in your head, you want to follow through.

Notes: Starting with artsy paper 5 and brought in the architecture brush and cut out icicle photo. I colored the architecture blue and duplicated it and blended the copy to Linear Burn. I lit up a couple of the windows with the Shape Tool and and placed a couple of magic sprinkles in the windows.
Several pieces of artsy transfers were placed in the sky along with tissue textures, spackle textures and light leaks. More textures were added to the base of the architecture brush. Then snow was added from the Snowy FotoBlendz. The photo was blended to Hard Light to make the icicles look more transparent.
Over the photo I clipped a blue color fill and the cool glows. Under the photo I placed the title as well as the quote. The magic sparkles snowflakes were added and well as the MM Winter snowflake under the photo. To finish the page I added a cool photo filter over the page.
