Another one for the baby book.
My pictures had a splash of purple from the baby's Phish T-shirt and gold in the socks, and I liked the mix of that with the teal in this Artplay Palette.

Because I wanted to do a variety of crops for my layout rather than whole pictures, I rotated the template layers to allow a horizontal orientation. I nudged the frames upward and reshadowed. I added the faded word art next, because I know how I amif I don't block out real estate for what I want to include, I'll wind up with no space at all. I clipped in my photos and then added the background (Artsy Paper #3 over #1 on multiply mode), blending my main photo into it with Screen Blend Mode. I duplicated the photo and clipped it to just about all of the paint and stain layers in the template. To carry the color of the shirt and socks, I also duplicated a few of the stain layers and tinted them, then did the same with a few brushes. I finished with embellishments as I always do.
