I know its always darkest before the dawn, but sometimes it all gets a little much for me, especially this past week. When I came across this photo of I dont know where, I wanted to be there in that moment sitting by the water, surrounded by beautiful old architecture and history and mellow out with a delightful bottle of wine, putting everything behind. Just not caring.

Notes: Starting with the weather paperie as the foundation and bringing in the layered FB and photo, clipping it to the mask. Duplicating the photo, I used the Cutout Filter on the duplicate. The mask is blended to Linear Light, the first photo is Normal and the Cutout duplicate is on Overlay mode. Just above the photo layers is the paper textures at the right edge, and the edge overlay was added and resized to frame the photo.
Bringing in the FotoInspired mask and clipping Sirenic solid paper to it, I placed the title over those layers. The mask is blended to Linear Burn.
The artsy transfer was placed at the top of the page, with the paper texture moved a bit and adding the postmark and dripped stain to the mix. The art stroke was added and recolored over the photo layers. The journaling was added at the end.
