Photoshop Elements 14
I knew I would be clipping my photo to lots of layers in the Artsy Transfer set so I started by dragging in my photo and duplicating it and then duplicating it some more. Early versions of Photoshop Elements don't have great organizational capabilities (no grouping, etc.) so layer-stack management at the front end makes things a lot easier. I did a bit of management on the Artsy Transfer files as wellthese are lush, and I wanted to preserve a lot of the color and texture, so before I dragged each Transfer onto the page, I added a Fotoblendz, just dropping it randomly in the layer stack. I then clipped my photo to that as well as to other layers. As part of the embellishment of this design, I snatched up the ribbon from the Multimedia set and used it as a frame on color burn blending mode. I finished up with a little brushwork, just to even out the colors, and a gradient fill layer in blue to get some sky at the top of the page.
