I like to make valentines in non-traditional colors, especially for some dude I know. Here's this year's version.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 1 as my base and used a color overly to tint it grey. I placed the MultiMedia Sirenic No. 1, the heart, in the center of the design, used the luminosity blend mode to add a greyish hue. I added the frame from the Sirenic APP underneath it and sized it to squarely frame it. Add stains, hearts and stichez from the MM for additional interest. WordArt from the bundle was added and recolored to match.
