Redeux of an old layout, because I was doing asset management of my digital supplies last night, and fell in love with my Elements files all over again....
This redo is lots of layers and lots and lots of blending modes...and also involved hyper-use of my favorite blending brush, #1920 from AnnaBlendz Artsy #4 https://www.oscraps.com/shop/AnnaBlendz-Artsy-No.-4.html There are a lot of Urban Threadz...when selecting them from the various sets, I chose ones that looked fluid and had a sense of motion that would work with the motion of the image.
