Process:
On a new background, Cool Glows4_1,2,3,4,5,6 were all placed around on the page, on various blend modes, and grouped in the layers panel.
Palette Artsy Paper 4 was placed over the glows on lighten blend mode. Paper was duplicated and set on color burn blend mode at 62% opacity.
Palette frame was placed onto the paper and Palette ArtsyPaper 6 was placed and clipped to the mask.
Palette elements (bird house, button blue, twine, mugs labeled word) were placed.
Urban Stitchez1_9 and 1_8 were added to the frame.
WordLabel3_9 was placed and the palette buttongray was sized and clipped to the label, duplicated twice more and lined up under the threadz.
The skater was duplicated, resized, and hue/sat adjustments made and they were placed around the scene.
A second Ribbon (recolored) and snowman were added to the frame.
