Process:
Palette Artsy Paper 1 was placed on a new canvas, and given both a hue/sat and levels adjustment.
Artsy Transfer Fernweh 5 was placed with a hue/sat adjustment.
AASPN ArchiTextures3_2 was placed, rastoriezed, recolored; 1 copy on normal blend mode, and duplicated twice at soft light blend mode.
Fotomask 3 from FITPack 2I was recolored, and resized, with screen blend mode, to create the thin border edge on all 4 sides.
A color gradient layer was added to the right upper edge.
My photo was added and duplicated, each with an inverted mask, on soft light and overlay (76% opacity) blend mode.
Palette elements (flowers beaded string and lace from APP Inkling) were clustered, adding Wordart with outer glow and drop shadow.
AASPN SubtleQuotesLife1_4 recolored was nestled over the featured brush to align with the line of windows.
