New product - ArchiTextures 13 coming to the store soon.
I am a huge fan of Annas ArchiTexture Brush Sets, they always conjure up dreams of going to wonderful different places.
To use the new brush set, I started with a 12 x 12 page and stamped brush no 6 from ArchiTexturesNo13.
I placed it in the top third of the page and then duplicated the layer via Ctrl-J to make the stamp darker.
I wanted to make it as though it was on a bedrock, so I selected a transfer from APP Remarkable and placed it under the bottom of the stamp.
I then duplicated this layer and slid it along the page to make it look continuous. I did brush away a few marks to ensure it did not look like a copy.
I then selected another brush from the palette to place underneath the newly created rock layer to give it a bit of interest.
I wanted to add colour to the piece, so I selected one of the solid papers from the palette.
I really liked the rippled mark on the side of it, so duplicated the layer and flipped horizontally selecting the layer and ctrl-t to transform it and then selected the right mouse and chose to flip horizontal.
I then gave the rough edge to both sides of the page. Finally, I lowered the opacity slightly so as not to make it as dark.
