Process: I started with two solid papers from ArtPlay Palette Radiant. I made stripes of the one to the left and moved these to the right. I placed lines from RuledLines No 1 and textures from PaperTextures No 9. Then I added two fotoblendz from Coolth FotoBlendz No 1 and recolored these with a Color Overlay into white. I placed a black brush from ArtPlay Palette Radiant below these two. Then I added the photo and extracted the shoes. I added some adjustment layers as I need to change most of the colors. Then I placed embellishments, brushes and transfers from ArtPlay Palette Radiant. I also changed the colors and blending modes for the transfers. I wrote the quote and placed a wordart from Self WordART No 1 and the the stitched heart from UrbanStitchez Hearts No 1. I finished the layout with adjustment layers for Levels and Curves and placed these in the top of the Layer Palette.
