Process:
On a new canvas, APP Airy ArtsyPaper1 and Airy SolidPaper 3 (lighten blend mode) were placed.
FB1_5 was placed and my photo was clipped to it. The photo was duplicated and tilt shift blur was applied in PS.
Palette transfers, tape, gold paint, word art/script tease and overlays were placed below and above the photos in the layers panel.
MM Documents2_2 was placed and sized over the photo, adding the element cluster, and finally the WordART Mix2_onthisday.
