Notes: Using the stripe paper as the foundation and bringing in the fotoblendz, resizing and clipping the photo to the mask. The mask is on Pin Light blend mode. I duplicated the photo, also clipping it and using Screen blend mode on it.

I added the art stroke, recoloring to white and over it positioning the warm glow at the tip of the candle light and blending to Vivid Light. Underneath I placed the clock brush in white and leaving it on Normal.

The rest is simply placing the painted numbers and labels, adding the title and word art. I used a style on the latter. That finished this page.
