Anna's new APP, Mistletoe, reminded me of that old song: I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus. The illustration is one I found on the web, I'm pretty sure it's a Norman Rockwell illustration done for the Saturday Evening Post.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 3 from APP Misteltoe my base. I placed ArtsyPaper No. 3 on top of it and set the blend mode to multiply at 28% opacity to add a subtle painted background. I placed a 12 x 12 FB in the center of the page and reduced the size. I then clipped my photo to it. I then began adding transfers and elements around and under the clipped photo. As a challenge, I tried to use every single one, but some I just couldnt fit in. But I think I use all the transfers and 80% of the elements. I created my word art by using three different fonts in three colors. I varied the text to add visual interest.
