My adopted town of Prescott, Arizona, truly sparkles during the holiday season. All the trees lining the town square twinkle with millions of lights. Plus all the stores are decked out in glittery decor. Photo taken by my favorite photographerand it really did snow the night this was taken.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 5 from APP Beautiful Day my base. I placed a ScriptTease FotoBlendz and my sparkly holiday photo, clipped them together and masked out some of the bottom to create an anchor for the art. I then added some white transfers from the kit to the photo to giving it dimension and creating a slight illusion of snow. I used rulers (cmd R) to make sure it was accurately centered in the middle, it drives me nutzo when its not balanced. And to ensure the wordART was center in the middle of the art. WordArt was created using two different fonts and applying a free glitter pattern I found somewhere online.
