Process:
ArtPlay Palette Epiphany SolidPaper 1 was placed on a new canvas.
FotoBlendz Luster1_2 and Pixabay photo were placed.
The photo was duplicated and clipped to all layers of the mask. Some mask layers were resized and adjusted.
Two copies of Artsy Transfers Epiphany #2 were placed on the canvas. All layers were moved, rotated, resized, and adjusted with either levels or hue/saturation.
ArtPlay Palette Epiphany brushes were stamped in soft colors from the photo and transfers.
Palette leaf was duplicated, hue/saturation adjusted and desaturated, rotated and resized.
Palette LW was duplicated and set on overlay blend mode at 43%.
The ScriptTease layer in the FotoBlendz was duplicated twice, set on divide blend mode and placed with the LW.
